What is Coaching? 
Coaching is a process that involves a trained professional, known as a coach, working with an individual or a group to facilitate personal and professional development. It is a collaborative and client-centred approach that aims to help individuals set and achieve specific goals, overcome challenges, and maximize their potential. While coaching is distinct from therapy or counselling, it can have a positive impact on mental health in several ways.
